I purchased a sectional in May 2021. I have had nothing but trouble with it from the day it was delivered. The love seat was repaired twice then completely replaced. Now the sofa has popped stitching & peeling leather. In my opinion, the entire sectional is a manufactured lemon. I purchased the 5 year warranty, the warranty company will not fix the sofa. The warranty company said as young as the sofa is, it should not be falling apart & to contact the store where the sectional was purchased. I called the store & the manager said there's nothing he can do. So I basically have a one year old sofa that looks about 10 years old. The manager could have very well called the furniture manufacturer & explained that this sectional is a lemon & gotten some sort of resolution. Something could have been done to make this right. This sectional & the 5 year warranty was a complete waste of money. I'm now stuck with a piece of furniture that is falling apart, after only 12 months. I'm very unhappy.

This is my second experience buying from DeWayne at American Furniture in the last 8 years. He is such a great guy! Just tell him what your looking for and he will make it happen! I shopped around at 4 other furniture stores just to see what was out there, but I knew I’d end up back at American because they always have the best selection and the best prices. I was able to find a huge sectional at a great price! It was just what I was looking for! I also found some great recliners, big console table, a desk and a big coffee table! It all looks amazing in my living room! Tim and Valicia at American II location were very helpful, too, so be sure to look at both places! The delivery and assembly was super fast and the delivery guys were all excellent! Very professional and punctual group! I would recommend American Furniture to anybody looking for stylish, quality furniture at great prices! I will definitely be back again! Thanks everyone for another great experience! - The Bentons
