Not really the type of solar set up or information for my specific needs. They came across as primarily urban home, residential solar. I believe them to be extremely busy in a good way. Very invested in their customers needs, equipment quality and performance. Very up to date as well as familiar with outdated equipment they do remove as part of new installation. Their prices seemed fair and they seemed to be diligent with customer satisfaction, feedback and very willing to share knowledge and give professional suggestions. Positive, friendly, good work attitudes, not pushy. They seem willing to go the extra mile for customer care when it comes to the best systems not just for customer needs but abilities, understanding, usage. Walking each individual through the process. Not overselling or isiting on upgrades. The right equipment for all the varying structure types, sizes and budgets. Not so much for Nomadic, van type builds, the portable types for traveling, removable, movable panels. Possibly rv's. Homestead, off grid sounded unlikely due to service area how far out they are willing to or would go or could go. But they know their stuff!! Very well versed and immursed in what they do.

I received my roof and solar panels from Posigen. The men that installed were so professional and kind and considerate of my property. I would have loved for them to do my entire house. Thank you Mr. Glen I appreciate your scheduling coordination. I am so glad that I upgraded my panels to 5G I can’t wait to see the results.

Hello, I've had service with this company over 10 years now. But now since I've sold my home 8 months ago and put in the request to get my panels transferred all I keep getting is same feed back from rep and supervisor. I believe my family have been more than patient thus far. I'm asking to please escalate this matter. My previous address was 3849 Liro Ln and current address is ........E. Kayla, Westwego. Also I was charged for three months with no solar service (gift card of $150 was sent). At this point I feel like everyone is just ignoring my request, definitely not feeling valued at all just forgotten.

Sign 15 year lease and then pay 1500 every time you need to do roof work. If you want to cancel you have to pay full price close to 10k so they remove them. If you need to sell the house and new owner does not want them - yeah, you owe 10k. Absolute scam artists.
