Went in bought a 5$ coffee went back in parking lot in front of store to do some work on my laptop and didn’t know Starbucks Covid policy so I drank my coffee went back in 10 minutes later for refill was told the store manger Ben policy was that customers need to sit in store to get refill . So they tried to charge me 5$ for a whole another coffee I left and called servel other Starbucks including east north street and Greer and travel rest Starbucks and was told that that is not policy the policy is if you leave Starbucks parking lot then try to come back later you are no eligible to get a refill seems to me like store manger Ben and other mangers under him are making up false store policy’s and making their own rules safe to say I will not return to that store and I choose to sit in my car park directly in front of store due to I have a weak immune system from a blood disorder
