Hua Ding

I finally paid a visit to the store after hearing their name for many years. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. Why? Actually the sales lady does give me a pretty warm feeling. I was felling well and bought over $100 food, including the pomegranates she recommended (have to admit I like the low price) It turns out some cooked vegetables didn’t look freshly made, but more like leftover. And on pomegranates - I pretty much had to throw those out because those are sour and almost rot. Lastly, I should not have bought that much food - thinking about it later, there was an element of up-sale. However, I can’t blame others but myself for taking the bite…

Food not as good as it used to be. Esp after they started to make their staples in a central kitchen. The quality is very inconsistent.

Genuine Chinese north cuisine! Everything I've ordered are delicious followed genuine traditional way. Just a little expensive but worth it.

Excellent choices of Chinese buns, savory pancakes. Authentic. Take out dishes, no dine in.
