Change the oil /filter yourself then if you want to save. They only use their products/services, so no they will not do it. If your looking to save take it walmart in turlock or the ford dealership in patterson. These place are good and reasonable price.

No they do not smog but try Patterson smog center. I believe it's off first street, and cheaper than other smog places in town.
