I can only speak for myself..I was just released yesterday after my soon to be ex wife got me committed to cover up & hide her wrongdoings and I will say that for the most part I was treated with dignity and respect as soon as I was transported there..Honestly the food was ok for most meals & yes they pass out snacks in between meals..The most someone can stay is 15 days so what do you expect them to do perform miracles in 2 weeks..I could say more but overall most staff was professional and caring from what I experienced..The job seems like it could be overwhelming at times but they seem to have it together..I really appreciate what they did do for me..Thanks for getting me back on track..Always grateful for y'all..I do remember 1 particular name which is Natasha who really did good by me..Really most staff was good people I just don't remember names well..Thank you once again, Jarred

I had a family member there who was physically pushed by an orderly and told by staff not to be uncooperative or they will add days. When I called to speak with my family member I was told 95% of the time that they were unable to find the patient phone. When I questioned how many patient phones were available they said they only had one and it is lost most of the time. It is hard to believe that with 30 plus patients only one phone is available for patients to speak with their families. I truly believe that the staff did not want to be bothered to locate the patients for phone calls. This is minor compared to the fact that the patient was diagnosed with a staph uti by the ER and was suppose to be treated and the staff lost 2 urine samples and blamed the other shift. The patient also had a torn rotator cuff and was prescribed pain medication which he was not given by the staff because supposedly it was not in his chart, however after 36 hours of pain the patient located the nurse whom finally gave the medicine that was available the whole time. I am sorry that my family member went to this facility to be treated with such disregard and disrespect as a human. We have made a formal complaint and I hope that it is addressed and the staff evaluated.

If only we could add photos of the dedication left on patients and the floors. They would leave wheelchair bound people in a adult high chair and Barkley feed and change them. They scream at everyone like they are better them except those few.
