This office is worthless. Been trying to call for an hour. After you get through the recording you select to talk to someone and then the phone rings and hangs up. Trying to cancel my moms payments. Update: Went personally to this office. Police officer hovers over you which is disrespectful. They are still doing masks and the 6 foot rule. No science here. Says a 45 minute wait but I should have packed a lunch. Still one star and if a negative was available they would get it. They do not answer the phone. That’s after waiting 20 minutes for a robo instructions that are worthless.

I’ve been trying to contact this office since November. No one answers the phone ever. Now it’s just a busy signal. I called the national office and the woman there thought I was calling the wrong number. Don’t bother calling the national office, you will be on hold for an hour and they are useless. The local office is closed and you have to call to make an appointment but if no one ever answers the phone you can’t make an appointment. They owe me almost $10,000 in back pay. They informed me that they owe me this over 6 months ago but won’t release the funds. A certain supervisor has to look everything over to make sure they haven’t made any mistakes. I’m guessing they make lots of mistakes. These people are useless and incompetent. This supervisor is the only person in the office who can release the funds.

I am 65 and I have Heath insurance and I still work full time but I also signed up for Medicare but have not gotten a card
Yes you do all you do is go there in the Morning but get there early before the doors open si yiu you dont have to wait long ok they will be glad to help you out bring I D n S S I Card

Call the customer service number or stop in and schedule....the earlier you go the better.
I am not sure. I know they do Medicare, but unsure if you can take care of Medicaid issues. I think you have to contact DHH for that. Not sure if there is an office you can physically visit, but I know that you can do most of your business online. I forget the web address, but I am sure if you Google "Medicaid " I am sure you can find it with no problem. Hope this helps.

Social Security should be able to do that. They can give you a rundown of your entire family work history.
