I had a very expensive package coming via next day air and it didn’t arrive on time. It was very urgent and not one UPS store had a clue how to help me and of course you couldn’t get through to anyone with the 1-800 number. I knew I would get more details from the UPS Distribution center. At this location, Mrs. Trish, was very nice to every person in line. She explained to me exactly what must’ve happened and that it would ship the next day. She was 100% correct. UPS also said that they would issue a refund as they did not deliver the package on the day they promised. I appreciate this kind of customer service. Will continue to use UPS!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. The lady at the intake counter is rude, disrespectful, condescending, and totally unhelpful. UPS took my money for shipping, refused to refund me when they couldn't perform, and I have received the runaround for days. Joke of a company. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE. Contacted by quasi-literate customer service in response to my email. Unable to provide a refund or even understand the issue.

No ma'am not at that center. You can Stop A regular Ups Womam or guy Give them the package. Or Go to A regular UPS shipping station
