My biggest complaint is the boil water advisory!!! Your never told till days later an I can’t be the only one who smelling strong Chlorine and chemicals in the water for the last year or so?! You can try an request a report of the water testing/ rated an they refuse to give you one…. Wish there was another water association..

I have never in my life had to see anyone go through as much trouble with paying a bill online or in person. The office employee Crystal Ainsworth Tarter is the most rudest customer Service employee that I ever had to see my friend go through. My friend would ask her a question and she would get told I don’t know or figure it out for yourself. My friend and from what I can see from these reviews on here (anyone) should have to go through anything like that with that woman. She apparently isn’t qualified for her job because apparently she doesn’t know anything about it if she doesn’t know or we have to figure it out for ourselves. She is the worst customer service lady that anyone ever has to deal with. If she needs a job somewhere it’s definitely not with customer service or to deal with people for that matter. Something needs to be done with this woman immediately because I amongst others are extremely tired of her attitude towards people. This place isn’t even accredited with the BBB. How can anyone file a complaint on this woman? I seen where someone said they had spoke with their attorney but I see nothing has been done because that rude woman is still employed with this company. Need someone to point us in the right direction for the next step to take.
