BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I not get a call to give me an estimate before repairs were done, I had to call to see if it was ready. After paying $145 for a new carb and air filter (which I now doubt that I needed), it had the same problem when I got it home. Pressure washer starts but kills when the water is turned on, that's what I said when I called and brought it in. When I called to complain, the lady says "well that's the pump and we don't deal with that side", amazing that she knows that but nobody mentioned that before fleecing me for the new carb. I guess they focus more on changing parts than FIXING things? I will NEVER use them again.
