To change an address, you will need two official forms of proof of the address such as utility bills, voter registration, act of sale or lease, etc. The cash price of the duplicate ID is $35.00. Although we currently (today) can not issue a REAL ID, we can duplicate drivers licenses that are already designated as such.

For Notary At Your Service to issue a Louisiana ID you would need to already be in the Louisiana DMV system with a driver's license or ID. We would need your social security number, date of birth, and address. We renew licenses up to 180 days before expiration, ID's upon request. Issue of initial IDs Monday - Friday 9- 5 and Saturday 9 - 1.

I believe for new licences or specialty stuff like CDL, DL flags, and endorsements you must go to the DMV. They do not do testing at Notary At Your Service.

Thanks for contacting us Danielle. You do not need your social security card to renew your id unless you are wanting a federally compliant id. In that case you would also need your birth certificate and 2 proofs of your resident address. We process ID and DL daily 9am until 4:30pm and on Saturday 9 - noon. We look forward to seeing you!

Thanks everyone for responding. In this specific case (converting from another state, only the main DMV can help. We are in the process of being approved for this service. Until the, we have the power to renew and change addresses on drivers licenses as well as convert TIP to perm.

Hi! Just come in with your current proof of insurance on that truck and we can issue another plate. Thanks for contacting us. We are open for 9 - 5:30 weekly for plates and notarial services and until 5pm for drivers license transactions.

Thanks for asking. We can only renew and change addresses on licenses. The main DMV can do this for you with by matching your name to what is on your social security card. If there is anything else that we can do for you, please let us know.

The vin number. If there was ever a lien or loan on the title, you will need a lien release. The person on the title has to be present before the notary. If more than one person is on the title, then it takes both people.
