They made me wait 40 minutes to then cancel my order because they “didn’t have enough ingredients”.

They didn’t let me use my T-Mobile Tuesday $3 gift card. They also don’t have any sign up saying this so I feel like they wasted my time and my order since I only went here to use my gift card. Also my wife ordered a banana split and they were out of split bowls, hot fudge and a lot of toppings.

The owner of this place should have better management skills and assign more team members for a busy weekend. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 ice cream. The team members looked unhappy and mad at the same time. I don't blame them. But it is sad to go buy coffee and get all that negativity + bad customer service. To the ownwer: a good business means investing in your crew. The food was good the service was poor.
