Miss when it was 24/7 mon-Thursday definitely canceling my membership haven’t been going at all for that reason kinda lost its magic touch since the time change granted Covid times affected this but still it’s sad

I would gladly refer my friends and family to American family fitness ! I am a long time member . I began working out as a teenager and I am now 43 . I just popped on here to view hours of operation as I took a long break from training . I was pleasantly surprised how much AF has Expanded and also how pleasant the staff was and helpful at showing me around . Loved the tanning bed and cardio equipment. I will always stay loyal to Af ! The gym is a semi- 24 hour gym. 5 am to midnight Monday 24 hours Tues, Wednesday, Thurs. 5 am to. 8:00Fri. 7 to 7:30 on weekends.
