We placed a mobile order and still had to wait as if we were in line. We waited, easily, 20 minutes. 2 employees approached us and asked us what we were waiting for. We said 2 bagels and drinks. An everything and plain bagel with cream cheese. She gave us the bagels and cream cheese but the cream cheese was on the side. Glad we waited 20 minutes to make our own bagels with cream cheese. My husband ordered an unsweetened flavor on the mobile app but after the 20 minutes we waited, they told us they didn’t have the flavor so he ended up having to get something he didn’t want. The food and drinks were good but this kind of service is unacceptable. Can we figure out a way to leave 0 stars?

Came by Sunday morning on the way to the beach. Hot latte tasted burned and disgusting . Sandwiches were assembled sloppy and not tasty . Iced tea and donuts were ok . Staff was young and need to work on communication .

Typically this is my favorite Dunkin but after a few recent experiences I've had some issues. The food is usually pretty good and the drinks are made well but recently quite often I've gotten the mini stuffed bagels and they were ice cold inside. And then I often order through the mobile app and today I had an experience where they told me they were out of a product I had ordered and already paid for on the app. I asked the lady at the window "does that mean I can swap it out or...? " She said that I could get a refund on the app. I said "okay how do I go about doing so?" She then replied "oh I don't know how to use the app" 🤦‍♀️ then when I looked on the app I saw no such thing being mentioned. So there's money I won't get back lol. usually the girls do a good job here but due to the long lines, food being cold, and money I won't get back I have to give it 3 stars...

I came to this location on 3/12/22 for the rudest service I have ever had. I saw the woman, "Ms. Lala" making drinks that appeared to be mine but cold, so I asked, "are those drinks mine?" She told me they were. I wanted to help her before she got too far along and told her the drinks are supposed to be hot, she yells at me through the window that I said iced. My two other passengers confirmed that I was correct. Then, after handing my coffees to me she slams the window in my face and doesn't ask if I need any assistance. This woman is unprofessional, unstable, and truly all-around displeasure. I will never visit this location again.
