I Rachel E Tucker have a ermgncy over here see I and my elderly mother who is 79 of age is very ill We had to move and I was told that she'd would work on it right away..and when I told the case ... the problem she'd told me she's going to call the Doctor herself and when I went their on the 13 of this month that's when Dr.Elizabeth S M.D. had my elderly mother taking to the ermgncy room down the street to be examined from falling and that's when I told Dr.Elizabeth S M.D. the case manager name gave the Dr.Elizabeth S M.D. the case manager name gave her case manager phone number to call her and tell her because she'd are case manager needs some where to take my elderly mother this is a ermgncy please had to be out bye the 19 don't know when the marshal or what time they are coming..I have a storage room unit already and the moving truck..please help me with my elderly mother Ms.Daniels health Proxy power of attorney daughter
I just call dr Charles office and got no answer so they cant charge me
