If you can go outside of this company I suggest you do so. this place is okay with taking a customer off of a budget plan, not telling them that they took them off the plan and not warning them that they were going to be taken off. it's up to the customer to realize that the bill is double and ask why. they don't provide you with any terms and conditions of the budget plan so that you won't violate them again. ComEd is perfectly okay with penalizing a customer. not telling them why, not telling them when they did it and refusing to provide the terms and conditions so that they will never do it again. if that isn't a scam then I don't know what is.

Power out 168th & Sandy lane Tinley Park constantly. This is 3rd time this week. Probably been out at least 40x's. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Fix the problem already. 33houses always losing power!

I had a tree cut down . ComEd was at my house on time and when the job was completed they was back within an hour. Both guys was polite I was impressed and happy
