Call DWI GUYS and speak with one of our team members. They will listen to your situation and help determine if you need an attorney and discuss the cost of hiring our firm; if needed, we can even offer a payment plan.

Call or email us as we don't want you to suffer in silence. We are interested in your questions, and we were hoping you could ask them. Our policy is to return all calls within 24 business hours.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do. We don't want anyone to sacrifice the quality of their representation over money, so if it makes sense, we can offer low down payments and a payment plan that fits within someone's budget. We do not charge any interest; however, we charge a $25/month service fee, which is the administrative cost associated with offering a payment plan.

What do you charge?

The fee we charge varies on a case-by-case basis, depending on the goals, concerns, priors, and several other factors. But we do charge a minimum fee vs. an hourly rate. We find that when paying by the hour, clients become afraid to send emails or call because it will cost them more. We understand the importance of service, so we encourage people to call whenever they need, saving the client money in the end.

How will I be kept informed of my case?

We understand the importance of communication and transparency between attorney and client. We use a program called CLIO Connect, which allows 24/7 communication. We will also keep you informed when anything important happens and respond to your questions in a reasonable time. We will also inform you when your presence is required, either in our office or in court.
