The lady working desk 8 on 8/5/22 around 2:30 needs to lose her job. EXTREMELY disrespectful over a simple transaction. Tried to call to make a formal complaint but there is no direction to go. I would rather wait for hours at any other dmv than go back and deal with her disrespect.

It's based on a "points" system and you need 6 points of identification to obtain one. Things like bills will work, birth certificate and a social security card are all acceptable.

Depends on which type of ID. Regular permit, license or non-drivers ID just your old ID as long as they aren't more than 1 year old. Enhanced ID's need picture ID, social security card, birth certificate, passport if you have one, health insurance card, bank card and current piece of mail sent to current address within the last 30 days. They require proof of address for the new ID's.
You need the letter sent saying when it needs to be done and how much it is. You shouldn't need your license but it's always good to have it. And the money or credit card or debit card to make the payment or a check I think they still accept checks.
