If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a order in September and as of today Nov 22, 2020 I still have not received it and have emailed and get no response other than im assuming a animated message because it always says word for word same message and have said to refund me and same message of being shipped. I cant find a number to call. I have reported to PayPal and I would never recommend them.

Worst customer service ever. No response to emails, called customer service and held for half an hour. The representative then put me on hold. After I did not hang up they did never asking or stating they were putting me on hold. I called months ago and complained the auto spray Airwick devices were not working correctly. The sent a coupon to take a few dollars off a replacement. They don't work properly either. There are numerous links of customers complaining about the same issue. The representative never called me back. No one has responded to my email. The corporate office in NJ has no human operators to connect you to the executive office or a human other than another 1/2 hold for their useless customer service people. This is a company that obviously doesn't care a bit about their customers. Obviously the product is produced overseas. The older version of this product was good. They must have held up too long so they cheapened the design. It is obvious since they removed the automatic sensor when the can is empty. The battery light is removed, and even when the nozzle is aligned with the opening, it doesn't spray correctly. Absolutely garbage and no one to help. I am at least $60.00 into this and have used the older style for years. RB should be ashamed!!

Has this company stopped making lysol products?😡 I have been to every store in my area and cannot find any lysol wipes or sprays. This is so unacceptable. I am very annoyed.
