In al honesty, this place deserves NO STARS. My family members stood in line and relieved completely contradictory answers from two different windows. The staff here is wasting tax payers money—GET NEW EMPLOYEES! They just wanted to get rid of us… and kept saying they have to help people behind us BUT THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE! Sharon and her colleagues are downright rude. The worst is the middle-aged, Nigerian woman.

I'm calling your number for 3 days only to schedule for interview for SNAP program. All those days I was on hold for 2h, 2h 50 min , 2h, than my call was dropped. Is this a great service????
Me as well. I sat on the phone from 8:15-9:25 waiting for someone to answer the phone. Then I called 3 more times just to get the same results. Why is their a poor lack of communication with social services?
Yes. You can call a get a appointment to be seen. If you just show up they are only answering questions and give you an application.
You can check online at their website. The account holder needs to setup an account. But even if they get them your about 99.9999% certain to have to go to the local field office. They get the documents, scan them and by the time someone actually gets to reviewing them it's months after the fact. Scanning them in is NOT reviewing and taking action from them by a DSS person. The documents getting scanned in are mostly for DR's sending stuff in, I've never heard of anyone who sent stuff in get the desired result before their deadline. If your SNAP is due say, June 1st, you send in the documents on May 2nd and let's also assume nothing is wrong and all is well it is virtually asure bet come June 1 you won't have your SNAP and have to go to the office anyhow. And at the office you also have to hope the person taking care of you knows what they are doing. That's a whole different ball game.
Yes iam i did not get cash or my stamps i dont no why

No fax number... just mail and local office
You would close your SNAP benefits before moving. If not, youll be unable to get SNAP in your new location.
SNAP office is open. DMV is closed Monday.
