Ordered 1 very simple iced coffee 8 mins before I pulled in to an empty store (no customers) and drive thru and still had to wait almost 5 mind for my drink...wwwhhhyyyy

The owner took our order and money then walked away, never to return. Had to wait twenty minutes on a Sunday for cold coffee. There were six people working and very few customers. Took over twenty minutes for two donuts and two cups of coffee. Not worth the wait. Very disorganized and no people skills. Hot coffee is supposed to be hot. I was going to buy their brand to take home but decided not to after the bad experience.
