Ok, I made an appointment and dropped my car off on Wednesday 9/14/2022. They told me up to 48hrs for diagnoses. I called on Friday car is still waiting to be checked out. Called today Monday 9/19 and they told me it hasn’t been checked out but I’m next. All and all if you are going to keep my car this long at least give me a loner to get back and forth to work. They have never offered or had a loner available. This Is still on going, so look for another rating to be written. So today is Wednesday 9/28/2022, I’ve called the manager numerous times , left messages and he has not called me back. My car has been there for 2 weeks and it is still not finished. I will be making a personal visit tomorrow morning. Some things need to be handled in person. This review is still on going…..

Unity has had my truck hostage for 4 days and counting. 3 days to diagnose, promised a repair this morning, it's now the afternoon. I call and check the status, nobody has a clue, they inform me they need to provide me an estimate, I thought we did this the day before???. Horrible regard for customers and complete disregard for costumer service. Is this the new Chevy playbook??... I have a job and a life, no loaner offer either. Nightmare experience with this circus act.

Tony (Sales Manger) is the best!! He communicates and provides service to you as if you were a family member! The purchase of my vehicle was as usual but the sales team made it so that I would come to to Unity Chevrolet time and time again. Thank you for all your efforts! Keep doing what you do because it works!
