I had made a appointment a week prior. Thursday 730 am to check service engine soon light that came on my car. Got there 5 minutes before time and there was people already waiting. I thought at least a hour to find out what was wrong with the car or be done with the service. Had to be at work by 9. I left after night and still have service engine soon light on. Very frustrating. I normally don’t even take the time to review places because we all have our moments but I just can’t with the whole experience.

UPDATED as of 5/18/22 — We probably all already know the story but to rehash it: Thalia and John are gone, as of August 2021 this location is under new management (same as Yonkers Nisan), and they had a REALLY turbulent start. The receptionists were nasty, the records management and transition was nonexistent, and all visits were 2+ hours. I just about gave up on this location because it was so chaotic. I’d schedule an appt, confirm, then show up only to be told I wasn’t in their calendar. I’d ask for service records and they said they couldn’t find them and asked if I was new to the location, even though I bought my car through Portchester and have been going to this service center for 10+ years. The staff were rude, undertrained, and unhelpful. The wait times were always more than they’d tell you over the phone and the prices are outrageous! Always trying to get you to pay for something extra! But I went back today because as part of the purchase of my car, I have unlimited free oil changes and since they’re charging ~60 per oil change now, I decided to give them another chance. I had an appointment for oil change, maintenance check, tire rotation, and a recall for my Nissan Versa. I confirmed over the phone not once, but TWICE that I’d be there for max an hour. I showed up at 7:30 which was my appt time and at 9:30, they alerted me that the recall would take another 3 hours… so it took 2 hours to do oil change, maintenance check and tire rotation. Why could they not have told me upfront about the extra time needed? I was so done with waiting so they agreed to drive me home where they’d come to get me after the car was done. After 6 hours, they finally were done and they did actually deliver the car to my home which was much more convenient and worked MUCH better. The new people are trying to make things better and I see the effort- I still don’t think I’d be back because everytime it’s over 4+ hours without my car and I don’t trust the techs there anymore (they’re all different than before). Good luck with everything - I’ll be back once I see improvements!

Our technicians don't install remote start units, but we work with a 3rd party who comes to install them at our service center. You'll have to set up an appointment with us. Please give us a call for pricing on your specific vehicle.
