Travis has been the best customer service and sales rep I could ever have had the pleasure of dealing with! And I say dealing, but that is a poor word choice. Travis made me feel comfortable on my first tractor buying experience! He treated us like family, listened to our needs, talked about the different options and how they could or couldn’t meet those needs, and then closed a deal for our new tractor complete with 0% financing in a very quick fashion. He has been a pleasure all around and I feel as if I will see Travis more often than I originally expected as I know I will be returning to buy many additional implements for our new 3025E 🚜 Also worth mentioning is that the delivery guy is pretty awesome too! Although he was running behind schedule (lucky me we had nothing going on and understand that things happen beyond our control), he chatted with my hubby and gave him some pointers and instructions when he brought the tractor out to our property. Great guys over here at Quality Equipment in Carthage and I hope to be a loyal, happy customer for a long time to come!

It may be difficult for us to order parts from other manufacturers. If you would like, you can call and speak with the parts dept with information on your mower to see if they can find something suitable.
