Dirty bathroom. Their register was down, so we used the kiosk which wasn't a big deal. We absolutely could not tell which of the food items belonged to which person. Nothing to distinguish them, so we had to open the burritos to figure it out.

I’m sitting in the drive through and the sign is still up and open but they won’t take orders. It’s not closed but you can’t order

This is the second time we stopped on road trips. The first time was bad this time the place was disgusting. Just going to stop eating at Taco Bells. Can't say I have been to a clean one in a long time. I would eat here because I'm gluten intolerant so tacos work but I will never eat at one again and certainly not this one

They've gutted the self-serve station of sauces and napkins out in the lobby. Not sure if it's a temporary change or not but if you eat inside be wary of having to ask for sauces and napkins when they serve your food. Just a minor inconvenience, though they were also out of stock on the lids during my visit. I think they should be a little more conscious about providing good customer service but in regards to the employees, they were pretty polite and quick to respond.
