I got a full set of acrylic nails. I was over charged for a short coffin set. The nails on my left hand were all leaning towards the right and we’re not cut to be the same size. She kept hurting me with the drill because she kept talking to the employees and clients. She would work on my nails and then go back and forth between other clients and rushed through the process. I will not be going back.

I asked for full set acrylic with brown tips; when I walked through the door the man who would be doing my nails told me that it would be 45 dollars; the tips ended up looking very uneven and crooked and he didn’t cover the whites of my nails fully wich made me upset; I’m only 17 and by myself, so Im not comfortable always speaking my mind, and thinking it was only 45 dollars it wasn’t that big of a deal. When I get to the counter the lady tells me it’s going to be 55 dollars and she starts saying that the tips are extra and the shape of my nail is extra. I wouldn’t recommend going there alone if your young, I’ve been going there for awhile, but always with my mom and full set acrylics hace always been 45. I’ve also never had a male at that establishment do my nails and it was a very different experience. He was very lazy and not accurate in painting my nails; I just felt like they were trying to stretch more money out of me because I was by myself and younger. 1/5 stars

So I came to the nail shop before service was great went but today was a different case. So the service that I was getting done today was a soak off a pedicure and a manicure. So there was a guy that work there that was servicing be today started off by clipping my nails then I heard my nail crack and all he can say was sorry when I looked at my hands he didn't cracked my whole fingernail real nail and all so he started to soak off my nails then he asked me did I want the bottom of my foot done I said yes he said that's another $8 now I thought when you get your feet done that's including doing the bottom of your feet I know some shop charge to cut down your toenails that's fine after my feet was done and went to my hands and he kept saying he couldn't get all up all acrylic off my nail so now I still have acrylic on my nail and a cracked nail so I feel like I shouldn't pay the full price which was $55 I'm not going to say I'm not going to return to the shop but I will not let him do my hands or feet again so that's why I gave the rating I did today

More expensive than surrounding places, but they were helpful with glitter choices and very gentle when filing with the electric nail file.
