Lovely coffee shop/cafe with indoor and patio seating. Lots of deli, wines, snacks and things you never knew you needed in the cafe store. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Recommended.

I had a really unfortunate experience at this coffee shop. As a person of color, Ot was extremely unwelcoming and did not give good vibes. The cashier and baristas were not welcoming and barely would look up at me while talking. The barista clearly made my drink wrong. I asked for an iced Americano but saw her making a hot americano. As she was steaming the water, I told her politely that I asked for ice. She didn’t even look up at me. She dumped the hot drink into a cup of ice and threw out the rest of the coffee that didn’t fit. The heat of the drink immediately dissolved all the ice and I was left with a lukewarm (and terrible) americano. When I asked for it to be remade, I was talked down to and she still wouldn’t even look at me. It was such a distasteful experience and I felt it was because I visibly looked different as a person who covers their hair and of color.
