North Village is a great church doing God's work in North Central Austin. Pastor teaches straight from the Bible and delivers it in a way everyone can understand. Friendly but not pushy. My family went there for 10+ years before we moved. Great place to take friends and co-workers.

I love the people. It feels like home - not pretentious. I look forward to being there every week!

How long does seminary training last what days and times do y all meet

The Sunday service at North Village Church starts at 10:05 AM and generally lasts until after 11:00. Usually the kids split out for part of the service and rejoin near the end. After the service people usually hang out and talk or help reset the chairs until 12:00 PM when everyone has to be out. We also have Community groups that meet at various times during the week like Sunday afternoon or Wednesday or Thursday evening, but the times vary per group and season. The church does not have a seminary, but we do have a program called Theological Training, where participants read one book each month, prepare a short summary, and the group will discuss the book. It's challenging and worth doing, but it is designed for an average Church member, and is not "Seminary". The books used in this series change from year to year so it's worth doing more than once.
