As long as no parts are broken , we can fix it. We primarily work on industrial machines so I have limited parts for home sewing machines.
We mainly work on industrial sewing machines. However, we can also fix home sewing machines like your KENMORE. If there are parts broken or missing, that might be a problem since I do not have a good source for home sewing machine parts. You can bring it by and I can take a look. If I cannot help, I will not charge you.
