We had a wasp nest behind the siding and into the foundation. Used 4 cans of over the counter spray before we knew we needed help. Called viking based on reviews online and glad we did. They came out and without hesitation treated the nest. By the morning wasps were gone. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.

We called a week in advance to schedule an exterminator for an ant issue we had in our shore house. They gave us a timeline of 12-4, which is fine, we’ll accommodate. Once 4pm came and went we tried to reach out to the company, and this is where our issues began. All the service lines were outsourced and hard to reach. When we got a hold of the call center, they gave us the run-around and said they will contact the driver for an update. We never got an update. He showed up saying he never heard from his company. I showed him our ant issue and he had to call management since he didn’t know what to do. He seemed inexperienced and the whole ordeal was exhausting.
