Communist restrictions inside. Forced to wear a mask and families were forced to sit 4 seats apart due to extremely restricted seating capacity. Elderly people who could not breathe through a mask efficiently and asked to pull it down were told to wait outside in the heat of summer despite ailing health.

The SSA staff was so kind and professional. However there was a female security officer who was really rude. What really got me is how she talked to the elderly. Well I am elderly too but It was hard not to speak out as I heard her talk to people. Her position of control has gone to her head. I have seen this in the past. Her actions will come back to haunt her. What you put out comes back!

I want to give more if I could for representative Chris Crawford. He's the best that I've encountered thus far at the Social Security office in Lumberton NC. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He is so polite and professional. If I could have more people like him in customer service I wouldn't mind calling people. Keep up the good work and spirits Chris. You rock!!

Since you can't go inside the building cause of the covid you can get the application off line fill it out and send it back to the social security office and it will tell you what kind of proof they need to identify you and they will return all of the items that you sent in.
