Making Lemonade out of Lemons. We decided to return to Zapata’s since we’ve always enjoyed the experience on our prior visits. This visit had the potential to be a bad visit, however the Owner Alfonso made it happen!!! I ordered a plate that when it hit the table I was Alarmed, since it contained Clams, I’m SUPER ALLERGIC!!! At first my wife and I switched plates, but I didn’t want what she ordered, nothing wrong just not my style. We mentioned the situation to the server, and they went to get the Owner Alfonso, and not only was he looking for a solution to this potentially Dangerous situation, but he was very attentive. Alfonso offered to make me a NEW Plate, but was also understanding that we would take it home at this point. I aplaude the TEAM and the Owner Alfonso,, there’s obviously a High Standard Culture at this Restaurant 👏👏👏 We will return and I promised Alfonso that I would do a review and here it is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
