Facility is nice but staff is not as far as front desk, and whoever is supposed to call you the day before and day after surgery never happened instead I get an email the day before telling me when to show up the next day and as for the day after they email me a survey to fill out instead of calling me like they said they would. Staff needs to be changed or taught what to do. I definitely prefer the other facility over this location.

Facility is nice but they require you to wear one of their masks to “make sure it’s clean”? Even though the person waiting goes to the bathroom, outside, etc… Doesn’t make sense to me. I brought a relative and waited 4 hours just for them to go into the operating room. Why tell us to be here at 8:30 if she doesn’t go to the OR til 12:30?? They send text updates on where the person is in their process from checking in, to pre-op, to going into the OR, etc and that’s cool but this wait was ridiculous.

Had cataract and lens implant today. 7/7/23. I want to thank Dr. Groat and Dr. Sanders for their work. The whole team at Surgical Center of Greensboro was the best. Really à caring team. Thank You all.

I've had the most pleasant opportunity to be able to get my Hand Surgery done here at Surgical Center of Greensboro, by a wonderful, Pleasant Professional Dr. Ortman at this New Location. From, admissions to Nurses, to Anesthesiologist Dr., to surgeons staff & of course Dr. Ortman in there instructions, care & procedures. And the same to the discharge care of my well being of what I need to do. They called my caregiver Carolyn up front also to instruct her on my care when I got home. I recommend anyone that needs outpatient surgery to them very highly a 5 star rating. Thank you again for Dr. Ortmans office and the follow up calls of how I'm doing & to call right away if I have any problems or concerns. With all my sincerity A very happy, pleased patient. 😇🙏💟
