I received great service, having an appointment, got me and out in a timely manner. But I heard the receptionist state to walk in's that their wait would be 2 - 4 hours. Lesson learned is not to just drop in. I also wonder about their fees, we have used other urgent cares, and with insurance, was charged $20. This urgent care charged me $50. I probably will not use them again.
