not sure why the rating of that hotel is less than 4 but it was completely great stay for me. My room was clean, the hotel itself looks fresh and nice. All was ok, only positive feedback. I would recommend that hotel to anyone who is around and looking for a stay.

Front desk service was great, room was very clean and in good shape. It would have been a great stay except for the noise. At first I thought the refrigerator had a defective icemaker from the loud pops and bangs that came from that direction every half hour or so, but I finally realized there was a service elevator next to the room which made a lot of noise. It woke me up several times throughout the night. The breakfast was ok but not up to par for the price point imo.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was actually very pleased at first, until learning the AC in my room wasn’t working. At that point, we mentioned it nicely, left for 2 hours, and when we returned were offered either a “25% off, or get the hell out.” No maintenance staff, no care from the owner about forcing paying customers from out of town to sleep in an 85 degree room. It would have been a pleasant experience if they could have either fixed the AC or provided us a room with working AC, but since they failed to do that basic thing, 1 star is what they get. I’d recommend if they let you check the AC before paying 😂

I'll be honest, I visited this hotel a few years ago and the experience was not great. So when my husband booked it for a weekend trip, I didn't say anything but I was prepared to be underwhelmed. I was so wrong! They have done some major updating and remodeling since I was last there. The room was spotless and quiet. We couldn't even tell there were other guests on the floor until we met them at the elevator. The bath was well stocked and hospital clean. We had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was super comfy! Every staff member was kind, gracious and helpful. We were very impressed. Staying here really made our short trip a pleasure.
