This business has horrible customer service. I can't review their cleaning services as the company failed to respond to my email submission. I then called a couple days later and explained to the man in charge that I was a busy mom in need of some help bi-weekly to clean my home. He mentioned he would call back within the hour to discuss their availability and in the meantime send over the list of products they use to clean houses. I never received a call back or the email for the product list. I called back the next day and spoke to the woman in charge who then told me the that person to talk with was training employees. I was astonished that a new costumer was so low on their priority list. Needless to say days have gone by and still no call or follow up from this company. If you are looking for someone to clean your home bypass this company as they obviously don't need the business or respect new customers.

Love this dry cleaners- they were able to save my clothes after I had washed and dried my clothes with gum in them. I will definitely use them again!!!!!

Yes! Town & Country only brings in clean cloths that have been laundered on a sanitizing cycle. It adds an extra hour to each laundry load, but it's worth the piece of mind. Additionally, our cloths are color coded to prevent cross contamination in your home, and our kitchen and bathroom cloths have Microban woven into the fabric.
Short answer: In very limited areas, under very specific circumstances. Otherwise, we believe that improper use of disinfectants is not only ineffective, but can cause harm. Disinfectants should be used sparingly if at all.
Generally yes. We try to have at least one person on your team who has been in your home each clean. This may not always be possible if both team members are out sick, but it is something we strive for consistently. In most cases the same two people should be in your home each clean, allowing them to be more efficient and in tune with your needs.
Possibly. As of today, we have limited availability for extra cleans before Christmas. Keep in mind at this time of year we do become rather busy. It is critical to get these requests in as soon as possible. We give these slots on a first come, first served basis.
