The absolute BEST family physicians office ever! Dr. Siciliano is just wonderful and the staff is amazing. Every employee is compassionate and caring and very pleasant. I’ve never been to a better Doctors office.

Telemedicine, more like “teleripoff”- a call lasting less than ten minutes with systemic / connectivity issues on the side of Wall Family Medicine(or whatever name they are using this year), that ended with the recommendation that I use a pulse sock to check my blood o2 level, (because everyone has one of those lying about) and the suggestion that I try to calm down “because It sounds like you are agitated”. After being disconnected from audio for the third time, I simply gave up. I thought to call one of the actual doctors who practice here the next day to voice my discontent and to avoid being billed because I could not see or hear the would be Doctor on the other end, but thought surely they wouldn’t have the audacity to bill me for this abomination, wrong. Billed my insurance company $168 on top of the $30 co-pay I had to provide in advance of the call. And the indication on the statement was that I had a level III office visit with one of the two real doctors on staff, neither of which is true. I have followed this practice from Howell to two different locations in Wall and through three or four corporate name changes over the last ten plus years, I’m done with these folks.

I have been with Wall Family Medical for over 10yrs now and will say they are an outstanding practice that provide me outstanding care! Everyone from the Dr’s to the receptionists are exceptionally caring and I often say Wall Medical should be a model for all medical groups!
