Their charges, due to their up-charges, are way overpriced, whether you're shipping by USPS, FedEx, or UPS..I've been going to them because they're close to where I live. I'm sick of being over charged and will now drive another few minutes to do my shipping elsewhere.

Absolutely awful experience. I typically go to the UPS store in Meadowmont (a lot). There they are so friendly, efficient and helpful. I made the mistake of going there today, and the women that work at Pak Mail were so unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt like my mere presence was such a major annoyance and inconvenience. I walked out with such a dirty feeling. I will never go back. This place should be shut down. To be made fun of and laughed at because I was was looking for help is unacceptable. Simply awful.

The employees are never wearing masks, are impolite, and the prices are incredibly high for their in-store services. Also, their scanners do not work well. I recently went in with a barcode that was printed half in red and half in black due to my printer being low on ink. I had dropped a package off at a fedex location with the same issue the day before and the barcode scanned fine. I’ve stopped here a few times because it’s on my way to some places, but I’d rather go out of my way to ship in a safe environment that is more efficient.

You may have already made your copies. Our copier can make color copies on heavy paper which is provided by the customer. We only have regular copy paper. The copier is self serve but we will be happy to assist.

10 cents for black & white letter, 12 cents for black & white legal and 15 cents for black and white 11x17. Color copies 50 cents each
