HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I contacted this company to help with cleaning my pool/vacuum and the people they sent to my house had ZERO idea what they were doing. I will NEVER be dealing with this company ever again and I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone!

Such a bad customer service and didn’t even get the job done. Amy was very rude to me and they don’t care about the customer, just looking to make money. The kids sent to my house didn’t even know what they were doing. Such a disgusting company, do not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

Depends on the shock. Most will tell you on bag, but rule of thumb on majority of shock is 8-12 hrs. or until chlorine level is closer to a 3ppm. on test.
I don't work for them but they do sell above ground pools
