They are taking applications for apartments, but the wait list is a year. Very friendly staff. There apartments are low income. It took me almost a year to get an appt. But you have to be patient if you really want an apartment. Most all housing businesses there is a waiting list. Nice apartment, friendly staff, and clean office and apartment.

The hope program is paying 6 months rent right now
With Salisbury Housing Authority they take 30%of your total gross income. So what ever 30% of your total gross income for the month is what you will pay every month for your rent

No not really except when someone has hit a transformer or we have a really bad storm
