BCG did an excellent job in guideing us on how to pick the perfect stone for us while providing enough outlets for us to view to make our selection. The owner personally marked our patten to maximize the movement in the marble. The waterfall is a flawless bending of the veining and is a show stopper! We used the same stone for the backsplash too. Matching the direction of the movement and spreading out concentrations of detail was essential. Plus for an added bouns they competed the job early. Everyone at BCG, in our experience was professional, compenent in there job and had the understanding to give great results . They were great to us..

My experience with Jen, the staff and owner was atrocious! I picked out a quartz stone early July 2021. Measurements were taken on July 21, 2021. I get a call from Helen the day before install, Aug 10th telling me "they did not have enough material for the bar sill but I could always get something to match. And "she wasn't sure about the 4 in backsplash." I told her to call me back and let me know. Never heard from anyone. Got a call on Aug 11 at 9 am that BCG was 10 mins away. They laid down the counter and handed me a bill. I asked where the backsplash was. "No backsplash." Called Jen and asked if I was getting a discount. She replied, "Well, the whole thing should've cost you $2,600." WHAT?! I was livid at her attitude and lack of professionalism. I went in and spoke to Jen, even the owner defended their mistake. I looked around and decided this was unacceptable. I went back with all my paperwork and told them to rip it out. I don't know what led them to believe they could just do whatever they wanted in my house and charge me for something I never wanted. After I demanded to have them rip it out, Jen located my stone and told me they would do the backspalsh and bar sill. She told me the installer wanted to do the backsplash first and then the bar sill on another day. No one confirmed anything with me. Again, I get a call from BCG at 5 pm on a Monday they are 10 minutes away. I was in the process of moving and had to drive 50 minutes to my new house to get the backaplash I paid for and a plain white bar sill that is not the same material. Thanks for wasting my time, energy, money and giving me aggrevation! You really know how to "put your customers first!"
