I hate this terminal & staff. Members are never professional. If i drop off my truck, basically spend 1 week by cheet (for example so many reason, but it is not real issue, just cover up busy terminal) If i drop off other terminal they fixed just 1 day. Is it understandable ? What is problem ? Never ever driver friendly. Do not apply this company. Also dispatcher members many of them are entry level. They never know 14Hr rule. They assign 15 Hr trip. How can i deliver then have break time ? Also J.B. hunt drive app so many error. Trip schedule not comming up i should call many times to fix problem. It is burden to driver. On the yard i have to call this problem. I could not start on time this problem. If i complain then stupid account manager never fixed, sometimes i cannot go home 3Hr distance finished job. Just kick me out ? Like this manager normal ? They never agree, also cheet bra bra. Just go then call. If i call then speak other word.

I gave my best that I could give to this company. To treat me like a discarded old dish rag. I can't get a letter stating that I no longer work for them anymore. That's sad. I thought one time they were Great to work for but no more. I give them 5 thumbs down.

This is like a mafia game, I am quite sure the head of this place is involved in this game. Non dedicated empty JB trailers are kinpin locked, sealed and left hooked to tractors. I found one empty but the gate guy returned saying it's a scheduled empty trailer and asked my company name (probably needed to check if my company in the list of players or not). I will bring this to the attention of JB ceo corporate office if he cares about his company, otherwise we contractors just leave jb and see it as a scammers!
