Waiting room is a nightm.Go to Atrium Mercy better and faster service. When you go to emergency room complaining of numbness in the face and Chest pains and you are still sitting in waiting to be seen by a doctoc 7 hours after arrival..

They have left me sister in the ER for 24hrs and have done zero test and no one even checks on her to let her use the bathroom. She was in there last week. They let her fall and injured herself more while nurses were next to her and then released her with Blood pressure all over the place. It took me 20min for their service desk to pick up to transfer for me to their Patient Advocate. They were laughing and coughing on the phone for minutes before they even transferred me Patient advocates called me back and said they would handle. They showed up and put a fall warning bracelet on her. Acted like they were invested but within 2hrs they left and no test done. They are refusing to treat and acknowledge my sister, their patient and denying her basic human rights and even the basic of care. If you love yourself and your family do NOT let them go to this hospital

Doctors, nurses, aides were ( are) just top notch. May you never have need of them, but if you do, know you are in very capable and caring hands.

We was made to leave at 10:30pm (we didn't know the protocol and know one told us) so upon leaving and not knowing the area, being 1.5 hours away from home with my Daddy having Dementia. We was so afraid of the area since all we hear on the news and had to find a hotel at 11pm. My Daddy was so afraid of us leaving him. We feel like certain circumstances should have been adopted in for our situation and their negligence not giving to protocol
I think so. The last time I came to this hospital, they treated me very well, I was on the second floor. Based on the bill you’ll receive after discharge, it may contain having a room, but the nutrition meals are free. And the care may or may not total up.
No
Yes
I'm not sure,it's best to just call and asked
9 am I think
It depends on the various departments. Most begins at 8 am
I received a survey from them, and at the end it, asked if I wanted to post it on Google.
Right now I think it's 1-2 visitors at a time
There is a cafeteria which has very good food actually. The have a sandwich and wrap station, made to order. A grill with hot sandwiches and soup. A pizza station and a rotating station that changes by the day which I've seen have Asian stir fry, Southern fried chicken and Cajun dishes, plus others. A coffee bar, prepacked sandwiches, salads, dips, snacks. All surprisingly good and well priced.
I was not in heart unit, but in bone, one can come in with u and stay thru surgery
From medical records I believe .75 to $1 a page.
No idea. Tell them there needs to be massive signage improvement s so people can find their way thru parking and elevators. The current signs are misleading and useless.
You should call the doctor and ask.
On the D side
Maybe from a vending machine
No. But Billingsly Rd. Has detox.
I DNT know but you can call and see! I hope it helps
Probably so,
No!!

Stop by the main lobby during normal business hours and talk to someone in registration.

A baby has been born
No but you can pull right up to the door for help
If you are a cancer patient, there is an organization called Hospitality House that has lodging available for you as long as you have a caregiver with you. If not, they can get you room at the Fairfield Inn which is less than 2 miles from the hospital.
You should ask the patient for the information
They won't answer this
Again a non answer
Yes
I don't speak Spanish please call the hospital
Yes you can go on a tour
There are many doctors
IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE UP THERE YOU SHOULD KNOW OTHERWISE DUE TO HIPPA PRIVACY LAWS NO ONE SHOULD ANSWER THIS.THEY TREAT SICK PEOPLE.
Call the hospital and ask, during working hours.
No
Call them, I'm pretty sure they do!
You will have to call the billing office and give them your account number and they will help you this site does not do such. Sorry about that!
It is hospice and it’s dark and dreary, they gave us a tour when my Dad was in the hospital in 2011 it was horrible, it was like something from a horro movie!
I don't know about any programs, you need to call them.
I would suggest you call ahead of time and ask them.
I don't know! I would hope so? If it's not emergency I wouldn't go in there flu is rabid and is killing people.
Its always terrible. Also they treat you badly and rush you away. My husband went in because he slipped a disc in his back. The er Dr told him he had a pulled muscle he should quit over reacting. They were yanking on his leg and telling him to calm down and move his leg. He arrived in an ambulance because he couldn't walk. I never recommend going here unless you have no choice. I don't trust them.
Most likely 9am, I would suggest calling
9am 8pm Mon thru Fri & 10am 9pm Sat & Sun
You may want to call the hospital to find out if you've done all your pre-op you should be fine but call just in case.
It varies. Their website is the best place to check
