Matthiessen State Park Fort

It's a wonderful park and although the Dells trails are closed(I believe till October) the park alone is beautiful. It's always awesome to go for a nature walk and hear the sounds of the waterfalls. I do advise to wear some good shoes, not necessarily hiking shoes but ones with a good grip. Overall it's such an awesome park!

The waterfalls were dried up, but it was still a nice hike! Definitely need to come back up next year when hopefully it's at its full beauty. …

Great hike amazing scenery, a lot of great nature for the true eye seekers! On the other side of the park I'd the lovely lavish Sunflowers!

This park has a good hike and Lake falls is very soothing and beautiful. There are bunch of stairs in the trail. Trail to the Lake Falls in nice, there are some stairs, then you have to go through some rocks, etc.
