Positive: No frills, nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Older motel updated. Great for a one night stay. Had a small balcony and continental breakfast. Close to campus and price was good. Nice for the price! Exceeded expectations. Negative: We ate breakfast later after 9:00 and there wasn¿t much selection left but did have a waffle maker. Good coffee.
