During this time, I have gotten to know a lot of the staff in every department and I have been so impressed and amazed by how they interact and relate with each other and their residents, like one big family. Even the executive staff knows all of the residents by name and assists with their care. And, because the staff is so loving and respectful of each other and their residents it makes me feel like part of their family too.
