I was visiting a girl friend, the outside of Woodsprings Suites was very clean..no trash thrown on the ground..the outside was well maintained. .the lobby area was clean..The front desk lady was nice before you could go visit anyone she would call the guest room and make sure it was ok for you to visit.. then she would let you in. .plus I could understand what she was saying ..she spoke fluent English

Amy went above and beyond to help me out. Checking into hotels is always my fav but worst part of my night because most hotel staff make it a nightmare. Amy made sure it was quick and painless and that made my night a million times better. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment as a whole as well! If I could give them a million starts just based off of Amy, I would.

My room wasn't the cleanest but was livable , the staff is super friendly and we're really helpful during our 2 week stay. Even the people around were decent. There are plenty of stores and places to eat around. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

I gave this two stars because it's a 2 star hotel and the front desk manager was VERY nice. 1) $149 a night is way too much for this hotel. Room LOOKED clean. Was free of past guest stink so that was good. We stayed in room 222. FD manager told us the TV service was out and there was no wi-fi and she didn't know when it would be on again. Room was dingy and amenities were very dated. Bed's were not comfortable. 2) Hallways and elevators smelled like marijuana, hallways had a musty odor to them. 3) Kids playing in the hallway very late at night. 4) Could hear other guests yelling and using profanity throughout the night. We had to leave the TV on all night to drown out the noise. Woke up early and burned rubber out of there. This review is my experience. Take it or leave it owner of this hotel. We won't be back.
