Ordered a Sureshade power bimini top for my pontoon. 14 days go by with the order status being "just shipped". Reached out via phone and was told that the system shipped it from a warehouse that did not have it in stock and they do not have a system in place to review said "backorders" they simply get left there until the item is restocked. Was told today it would be overnighted. We will see how things go from here.

Ordered 3 XL Water Saddles and was sent 1 Saddle and 2 black styrofoam tubes. No idea what the tubes are for. I have made multiple calls to their customer service. They keep apologizing and saying the missing items are being sent. I never get any kind of confirmation or tracking number. They did send me a cancellation notice for the two missing items. No refund just a cancellation. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Should have read the online reviews before ordering. Ordered multi-piece couch set for my pontoon boat. Order arrived in pieces on different days, except the base of each couch. Still waiting on those. No tracking number, no notice that some items won't ship. Nothing. 1st online chat goes nowhere. 2nd online chat tells me to call customer service, which I did. Finally got someone on the phone. Turns out, the bases were never shipped. They *might* be able to get to it in a few days. It'll be 2-3 more weeks before I can expect those. Customer Service dept. didn't share my urgency to complete the transaction and seemed to have an "oh well" attitude. Spend your money at places that'll take better care of you.
