It is an old bridge that crosses the Yadkin River at the height of Salisbury and whose construction was completed around the year 1919. Currently the bridge can only be crossed on foot or by bicycle and represents a tourist site from which you can spend the day or the afternoon in a comfortable natural environment

It is a park so I wouldn't think so.
You can.. But I don't advise it. The water is kind of gross, also only the Lord knows what's under that water. Untold numbers of hooks and lures, other debris. There are much better options to go swimming.

Yes there are 2 Porta potties up top and one down in the boat launch area
They have built a new shelter but the roof hasn't been installed on it yet. There is a new deck and stairs built at the Wilcox Bridge down to the river access point.
