Worst of the worst courthouse that I've ever experienced in my life, The judge told A minor after locking her up for not getting in trouble while she was on probation, This man told her that she look like she's ready to kill someone, who does that? I personally believe it's time for him to get off the Bench, Sir please go home and sit in your rocking chair, Our children don't need to be locked up for the wrong reason, They need the right HELP And the right LAW

The security guards were very sweet but that was the only good thing about my experience with the probate court here. We had a “courthouse wedding” and the woman they sent was rushing us and seemed in a huge hurry. I understand she has probably married hundreds of people and is just going through the motions but that was my special day and I wanted to cherish it. I then went the next day to receive copies of my marriage license and I let Alexis (the probate court representative) know I felt rushed at my ceremony. Alexis then went back into the offices and told the woman who married me what I had said which caused her to confront me. It was a very uncomfortable environment that Alexis created. Marriage is supposed to be a special, happy experience and it was anything but that due to the actions of the Berkeley County Probate Court.

Berkeley county is the worst county I have been going through this Child Support issue almost for 23 years they need to let the old ones go and put in new people because I swear Berkeley county is the worst county everything is old everything there what a disappointment and when I asked to change counties they give me a hard time to even change the counties waste of my time Family Court
